Bring your cup – protect our trails!
Our trail run thrives on nature, so let's protect it together!
From now on, we will no longer use disposable cups at the refreshment stations along the course.
Therefore, please bring your own collapsible cup. It fits in a pocket or can be attached to your waistband.
Don't have a cup? No problem:
When you register, you can order a foldable cup for €3.
This way, the course stays clean and the environment rejoices with us!

General Information
